...Sometimes you don't have the time or money to go to a yoga or meditation class. Sometimes you want to do yoga at 6am in your pjs or meditate at 1am to help calm your mind so you can sleep. Setting aside a corner of your room or an entire room as a yoga and/or meditation retreat is the key to making this happen.

After you've taken some yoga or meditation courses, you can start your own self-practices. But there is something about having someone help direct you or the calming atmosphere that keeps us going to a class. Interestingly, recently after a Gentle Yoga and Meditation class, a new student approached me and confessed that during the period of meditation, which we do after finishing our Kundalini Yoga practice, he saw fields of blue energy approaching him from all directions.
