You can buy tons of other accessories for the nintendo 64, but the two most popular are the rumble pak and gameshark. The rumble pak is inserted into any controller and will shake during game play. It adds some extra realism, but isn't anything special. The gameshark allows you to "cheat" in games by entering certain codes. You can walk through walls, be invincible, and have unlimited ammo in certain games. It can be fun, but isn't required to enjoy your new purchase.

...games, all of a sudden turned their backs on it. Not because they weren't interested, but more because they simply couldn't handle the difficulty levels that were now presented before them. If you do some research, you'll find that this increase of difficulty was also reflected in the sales, or lack-of industry growth.
